QA Engineer

RTL Netherlands
2024 - Present

Focus on automation, AI, and quality improvements. Learning test automation with Playwright, Appium, BrowserStack, and AI tools. Due to company policy, I can't share specific RTL projects, but I'm proud of the impact I've made on processes, tools, and team efficiency.

Webmaster / Operation Engineer

RTL Netherlands
2019 - Present

Started as a webmaster managing Drupal as a superadmin, providing training and documentation for CMS users. Improved processes by automating documentation and tooling, and managed bug lists in close contact with editorial and development teams. Played a key role in RTL Nieuws and RTL.nl migrations by fully testing all CMS parts and taking a big role in communication and aftercare handling/bug management. Assisted with Drupal upgrades, and incident management.
